Using a stone to sharpen or hone your cutlery may be a bit more labor-intensive, but you’ll have greater control over the finished product. How To Use

* Soak the stone into the water for 10-15 minute, put it on the silicone base
* Use 400 Grit side for rough grinding dull knives
* Use 1000 Grit side for sharpening dull knives (or normal sharpening once a week)
* Keep some water on the stone to stay wet
* After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it
* Use a soft brush to clean the stone, then put it in a ventilated place to dry
